We believe the best way to keep your energy up throughout the day is happiness, hydration and satiated hunger. We also believe in chocolate any time throughout the day, and balancing healthy for your body + healthy for your soul. So, it must come as no surprise that we're big fans of incorporating our afternoon sweets with a little nutritious pick-me-up. 

If you have an appetite and a spoon, you can make this snack. We use our favorite granola from our girls at Greenheart to add some crunch, a delicious cup of King's Kreamery yogurt, and some killer chocolate from the folks at Harper Macaw. Though these are our faves, you can choose what works for you. Now, get snackin'!

The Afternoon Pick-Me-Up

Ingredients
1 cup Kings Kreamery yogurt
a handful Greenheart Granola
a couple pieces Harper Macaw chocolat

Instructions
1. Pour the yogurt into a small bowl, then top with granola and chocolate - and enjoy! Seriously simple, awesomely delicious.
